I don’t know if this will work for anyone but me, but I’ve kept a foot roller thing under my table and by my bed and I roll my feet as much as I can. It has relieved like 99% of my PF pain, no joke. I work from home so just barefoot keep this under my feet and roll them out, esp the pain areas. I’ve done PT and have exercises but a foot roller has made a HUGE difference in my recovery.
