At these volumes, we need to start looking at commercial solutions. A 12" chinois and 10 gal urn coffee filters (24" when flattened) should meet your needs. If we strain into a large Cambro or food-safe 5-gal bucket, the combination of a 5-quart colander and 10 gal filter also works well. Twice filtering, first through cheesecloth and then through a coffee filter, should prevent much of the "clogging" we experience with the coffee filter alone.
