No prob! CalExotics Inspire Silicone... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CYQCNUW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I usually recommend these two to my online clients who are looking for more affordable options- they’re both CalExotics. The only downfall is they might not be as small as some of the more expensive options. But I used the plastic like 10 years ago and they were good!

Def check out vaginismus.com and read everything.
I'd suggest she tries inserting a q-tip with lots of water based lube. Also maybe try using a vibratory around the vaginal area while doing so.
I use these dilators and the first size is skinnier than my finger.
I hope she can see a doctor with her visa!! Maybe try something like a publicly funded medical center if she can't. If she can see a doctor, highly encourage her to ask for a prescription for lidocaine jelly. It has worked wonders for me.
I wasn't able to even insert a q-tip before, but putting some lidocaine jelly on a q-tip and dabbing it around and slightly inside my vagina to get it numb allows me to use dilators.
Good on you for not running at the thought of not being able to have PIV (penis in vagina) sex! If she decides to pursue treatment just know that it can be a fairly quick process or it can be a longer process, so you'll have to be patient!
