If you're getting unexpected packages from Amazon, it's probably a brushing scam.

In marketplaces with reviews, sellers hire companies to make fake purchase and send them to real addresses so the sale will be flagged as a 'verified purchase' thus making the fake review more believable. So the scammers have your address, they may have other personal information. If it's Amazon, the shipping label can be used by them to track the seller who is running the brushing scam, but you may be on shared lists and thus continue to get random packages.
