A good one costs Like $20-$30. Don’t spend more than $40 unless it’s the wireless one i link later in my post. The real cost is tens pads which you need to be careful with. I also like how it comes with a little plastic thing to put the pads on when not in use that’s more convenient than the plastic piece pads come on. That helps it stay dust free and last longer.

If you want something portable I recommend this one. It’s completely wireless and is easy to have on for hours under a shirt in public and super easy to throw on before going out or for use at home. wireless tens unit amazon It can also be controlled through Bluetooth on your phone through their pretty good app which is awesome. While it’s expensive the important thing is unlike other wireless tens units it uses standard pads. It’s the pads that long term cost the most just like printer ink. It has some issues like the battery life is like an hour and a half and it turns off every 20-30 minutes but it’s just a couple couple presses on an app to turn it back on.
