you also could go with a nicrew classic plus but i've never used the type in your image so the nicrew might be worse or better compared to it. In general though you can grow aquarium plants with next to anything even led floodlights Md fish tanks uses them and gets pretty decent plant growth

From what have been reading Arcadia Shade dweller is the best option cause of the UVB but if you want something just for light, I personally use Nicrew which has a timer, sunrise/sunset setting and you can adjust the color spectrum
