Hi guys,
Intermediate photography enthusiast here, I've got a few questions, would you help me please?
- Has anyone tried this ND Filter for the GM 24-70 2.8: https://www.amazon.com/Variable-Neutral-Density-Filter-24-70mm/dp/B0711TPSN2? Is it comfy to use with the provided lens hood?
- Is there a way to expose correctly a person and the background when shooting in high contrast situations? (i.e. shooting a person and trying to expose him/her correctly while also exposing the blue sky and the greens of the plants in the background), I know this could be accomplished with a filler flash, but this question is about maybe angles of cameras I could use to shoot without a flash to accomplish this. I've had issues shooting people in sunny days.
- To continue with question N°2, is there a way to control high lights in the camera before going to post-processing? (I use lightroom to process my pictures, but I would like to know how to tell my camera to correctly expose high lights when I take the picture, so I can get all the information of the colours within) (I have a Sony A7R III, I use the GM 24-70mm 2.8 and a 50mm 1.8)
- Can you guys recommend me a page to improve the "mind of the photographer"? Maybe to improve the creativity of my shootings?
Thanks and regards :)
