If you're no too tied to the warhammer IP and want to try out mini painting in general to see if you enjoy it Reaper has a learn to paint kit for like 35$ on amazon that has everything you need to start to see if you enjoy the hobby. Nobody starts out great but painting skills build pretty quickly especially when you're first starting.
