You can also ask to see if they would be willing to install an anchor where you regularly park the bike. It folds flat when not in use so its not much of a tripping hazard. This way you can chain the bike to the anchor.

Alternatively you could just chain it to a post or something similar. I used my mailbox out front.

Either way, use a solid lock with or without an alarm. Your choice.

In addition to that an alarmed disc lock is always a good idea. This'll sound an alarm if someone tries to peek under the cover or tries to move the bike.
