Bleh. I went with a pump. Pumps are reliable and there's no battery to replace.
I have this one and I love it: https://www.amazon.com/Foaming-Dispenser-Refillable-Bathroom-Countertop/dp/B084BY82XJ
Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile Liquid soap is really all you need. I recommend the Baby Unscented variety because you can never really predict what the essential oil will do to your skin (if anything). I tried the Citrus scent first, and the essential oils severely stripped my skin of all of its oils and left it drier than I've ever experienced it before. It left me quite scared, to be honest. Switching to Baby Unscented though has left my skin in a condition I've always wanted it to be, and I'm not having to use lotion to achieve it.

I recommend this foaming soap dispenser for hand washing and for use in the shower: https://www.amazon.com/Foaming-Dispenser-Refillable-Bathroom-Countertop/dp/B084BY82XJ
It may be fairly expensive at $30 for just one, but I tried a few others and this one blows them away. See my review: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R2FT3XS9AJYSZ8/ref=cm\_cr\_dp\_d\_rvw\_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B084BY82XJ
