Hmmm I mean that seems like a really reasonable setup, you might wanna get your blood tested to see if your thyroid levels are within healthy range. That can affect your ability to lose weight. Alternatively your metabolism might have just adapted to the caloric deficit, in which you might want to look into calorie cycling (example: eating in a deficit 5 days a week, and at maintenance for 2 days). It's common to hit plateaus when you're in a deficit for long periods of time.
You can support your thyroid by making sure to get enough iodine (could use iodized salt, pure cranberry juice, iodine supplement tablets @ 300-500mcg/day).
A natural supplement I use that supports healthy thyroid among other benefits is Ashwagandha (this stuff).
Have you been getting stronger (heavier weights) and noticing any muscle tone improvement?
