That charger is too low power, and only outputs 5v and 9v. The win2 early revision only charges at 12v, and the later revision charges at 12v and 15v.

Edit: I ordered this charger that i linked, because i needed one that does PD through a usb C hub/Dock. Which the win2 original charger didn't do. But this one( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P9R8WF1 ) absolutely does work with.
