I have 10 of these and the listing above is almost half of what I paid. If you can buy more than one, do it while at this price. They are normally $45-50.

No worries at all! I start my veggies every year under these lights. It's more of a grow shelf than a grow tent. I do a generic 10 hours per day at varying levels as they grow. These are the cheap lights I use from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/FECiDA-Dimmable-Spectrum-Seeding-Function/dp/B093BLNT14/ref=mp_s_a_1_26?crid=PBCG5Q9756PI&keywords=grow+lights+for+indoor+plants&qid=1688506779&sprefix=grow+light%2Caps%2C227&sr=8-26

This is what I have for my intermediate terrarium. Keeps Sarracenia and Heliamphora happy, but is a bit too much for the Nepenthes. Good news is that it's adjustable from 10% to 100%. I keep the fixture about 5-6 inches above the plants (it's a small terrarium) and 30-40% is more than enough to give Heliamphora great color and Nepenthes a solid tan or even burns if it's more sensitive. Can't speak for it's long term reliability, but it's lasted several months for me with no issues and is pretty cheap.
Yeah learned my lesson the hard way. I was thinking about getting this one. https://www.amazon.com/FECiDA-Dimmable-Spectrum-Seeding-Function/dp/B093BLNT14/ref=sr_1_17?keywords=grow+light&qid=1685133847&sr=8-17
This is what I use on my intermediate terrarium. Keeps Nepenthes and Heliamphora very happy, and is powerful enough for the couple of Sarracenia seedlings I have growing in there as well. The light level can be adjusted from ~10% to 100%. I have it a few inches above the Heliamphora and on 30% it's borderline too much for even Heliamphora and too much for many Nepenthes. At 100% I'm sure I could hang it a couple of feet over them and not lose any coloration.
