I like the Motorola MM1025 adapter that you can get from Amazon for $90 right now. It has a 2.5Gbps ethernet port and works great. I have three of them.
I had a Verizon one that lasted only 5 months. :-(
Alternative to my post if you want to have the higher speeds that WiFi 6 entails.
Call Verizon and have them switch the Internet from the Coax port of the ONT to the Ethernet port of the ONT.
Move your Fios router to the garage and make your connections like shown on this diagram that I posted: https://imgur.com/aYTfLiX If youre using only your router for WiFi, turn the WiFi on the Fios router off. Make sure that your router has a subnet different from 192.168.1.0/24 so that there is no conflict with the Fios router.
I used this MoCA adapter and it is future proofed since it is MoCA 2.5 with a 2.5 Gps Ethernet port: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09KS6HVVY
