Which one do you use?
I bought this and it bootlooped my phone. http://www.amazon.com/TechMatte-Connector-Upgraded-Approved-Standard/dp/B0151RKYBG/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1449872881&sr=8-2&keywords=micro+to+usb+c
Well I just ordered myself the TechMatte adapter so hopefully it works with quickcharging. I read one the TechMatte Amazon reviews that someone said their 6P specifcally didn't work with quickcharging and using the adapter so hopefully the G5 will support it.

Bought this 2-pack of cap adapters (micro-usb to USB-C). I'm gonna somehow clip one onto my keychain so I'm not limited if all my friends have micro USB and I forgot a charger.
So I have a question. Is it dangerous to use for my chargers then?

Since my phone will attempt to draw too much amperage from whatever is on the other end of it?
How about using this Benson-approved adapter with your current USB cable?
Hot damn! I ordered the right one. You gotta love dumb luck! The iOrange-E is a really nice cable for anyone who is looking.
EDIT: it should also be noted that he said the type c adapters were no good.
Thanks, just ordered myself the TechMatte adapter 2 Pack for $8.
