Love this idea.
I buy scented candles from Ollie's Bargain Outlet. They're like 50% cheaper there bc they're usually factory seconds or whatnot.
(TW self harm) I recently found these acupuncture rings really helpful when fighting not to relapse. This is the only substitution that's ever helped me. Ice cubes and rubber bands don't do jack for me. I also find the rings very grounding.
Strongly scented lotions are also very grounding and comforting to me, although I think that's a pretty standard recommendation.
Here's two links, ones Amazon which I don't use but I know is most accessible to people and the other is a sensory website so it's got all sorts of cool shit including chewable jewelry. It's helped me too.

Hi there, I’m sorry you’re having a rough time. I feel like I’m in the same boat. I pull and pick at my eyebrows. And it’s been pretty bad lately. Half of my left eyebrow is gone. I’ve noticed that for me it’s something I do mindlessly when I’m in an extreme amount of stress. Something that has really helped me is asking trusted loved ones to help me become conscious of my pulling. My boyfriend will gently remind me to not pick when we are on FaceTime. Or when we are in person he’ll hold my hands. I also think fidgets are a huge help for me. This gives my hands something other than pick at my face. I’ll try to find the link to these rings that really helped me. They give me the same sensation of picking my face. I hope this helps :). One of the things that really helped me was knowing that I was not alone.
