I use this and fill it with a map of the city the scenario is happening in, a page of NPC summaries, a page of plot summary, and another page of summaries. I would like a 1 pager of rules for reference, but haven't put anything together for that yet.
two 3 ring binders next to each other. Stiff thick folders opened up and taped together. Thin boxes laid vertically. Thick text books stood vertically (but if they fall off the table boy is it loud). Cereal boxes (but I taped construction paper on the outside so the graphics weren't distracting). Trifold or bifold foam core displays. Art canvases connecting together with duct tape.
My favorite actual DM screen is the one I am linking below because I can customize both sides, by the way. I can switch things out, too. Whatever I need for my specific style of DMing, my campaigns and my players. I can include things like a combat flow chart and artwork for the player side, too. Just an FYI if you do decide to buy one in the long run. https://www.amazon.com/Stratagem-Masters-4-Panel-Customizable-Inserts/dp/B06W5JWDMX/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=dm+screen&qid=1571316421&sr=8-4
