+1 for Airthings Wave Plus. It is much cheaper than the View Plus, and all you really lose is the WiFi capability (don't need it with the Airthings BLE integration option), the LCD display, and the PM 2.5 sensor. If you need PM 2.5, you can build your own for less than $50 using something like this with an ESP32 inside a vented enclosure, it's on my todo list.

I don't believe the Awair has Radon detection, which was important to me, hence why I went with Airthings.
