You are right! I guess these are actually "sneakers" according to the current naming convention
The biggest downside side is how the company has their site on Amazon set up. The names are off but some far both pictures have matched what arrived to my house.
My trail shoes were not wide, and honestly there isn't a huge difference. The shoes do not say wide anywhere on them so I am not sure if they are.
I ordered size 12 Wide and I have size 45, but they fit fine enough so far.
