While I agree, I think that's across the board with almost any retailer right now, due to the component shortages.

If you really were buying that, at the bottom of the page is this one https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-Blaze-Gaming-Computer-Desktop/dp/B08VYVY71J/ref=psdc_13896597011_t3_B07X31NT47 which at least has the 1660 Super and is slightly cheaper (though still overpriced!)

If you cannot wait for the current shortages to subside, at least have a look around on Newegg also:
