Hey everyone, thanks again for the help and suggestions! Took a few days to get back and look into this, but I opted to order a set of red-line lenses and an inexpensive barlow lens.

The red line models were only a couple of dollars higher and I figured might as well for the slightly higher FOV and better looking build quality. Should have those by the end of the week so if the weather holds up, hopefully I'll have a better chance of seeing Mars next weekend.
i bought the Svbony 2x barlow off amazon and i know it was cheaper than 70. maybe cheaper than 50. it works great here is the link:
