This definitely looks like a rebranding of the BoboVR Z4 Mini (i.e. the version without headphones), although if you want to be very sure, this is listed under the well-known name.

The Ritech Vmax is also an okay headset, but this is not sold as Prime.

Remember that whatever you buy, you will probably need a suitable Bluetooth controller too. Many headsets on Amazon are sold with one, so look at those too, even if they are some dollars above your $20 threshold.
