google tuberculin syringe. that's what bazillionguns refers to... they're syringes without needles and a straight end, not an end that you twist a needle hub onto for example

where are you based? in terms of the US, these needles off amazon are recommended:

edit: actually some reviews of this say they hurt more / some are blunt. we use these but they're uk based.
