I've tried most of these things except the freemie cups since I wfh. Wanted to provide my reviews of some of the commercial nursing pumping bras as a 42H.
The bravado pumping bra ($39) is my favorite. They also make them in full cup since my breasts got giant -- I was a C before! IDK what's up with the leopard print, but I have and like the grey one.
I also own the clip and pump from Bravado ($24) the Kindred Bravely Sublime Pump and nursing bra ($49.99), the Cake Maternity lotus ($55), and a couple of the Simple Wishes pumping bras ($25), and all of them have their perks but as an exclusive pumper the Bravado pumping bra is currently my favorite as I can wear it day or night and it doesn't wreck my back or leave marks on my nipples from the pumping holes like some do. (I don't own the Kindred Bravely sports pumping bra, still want to try that one.)
If you go with the clip and pump instead of a built-in, for nursing bras I looooove my Anita seamless nursing bra as it is soo comfy and flattering. I wish they made a pumping version.
The issue I have with the Bravado clip and pump is that I have to take off my shirt to put on and off the clip and pump, or leave the clip thing on all day which is super uncomfortable and exposes the nipples to view since the clips on their (or other) nursing bras won't hold both the accessory and the nursing flap. If you only pump a couple times a day that's no biggie, but if you EP, it sucks. (I bought like 9 of the Ekouaer nursing shirts off Amazon so I can pump with my shirt on and breasts hidden every day.)
The KB bras have good mechanics in that you can hide the nipples behind the nursing flap and they hold the flanges fine, but I actually don't find them very comfortable or flattering. They hurt my shoulders after wearing all day, and the pump slits dig into my breasts, so they are definitely not comfortable enough to wear at night, anyway, which means I have to change into a different bra for my MOTN pumps.
The Simple Wishes pumping bras are very reliably good for pumping but you can't wear them in public because they have no nipple cover. You also wouldn't want to wear them all day at home either because the round circles for the flanges will eventually dig into your breasts and leave painful marks.
The Cake Maternity lotus bra is comfortable, but for me at least the pump holder fabrics don't land in the right place so I get leaks.
