I bought the above HD antenna from Amazon. It's not bad. I've mainly used it to watch the NHL playoffs when they're on NBC. Otherwise, my fiancée and I stream shows and sports (mainly the MLB and NBCSN apps) through our Apple TV's (we cut the cord 4 months ago).

well for a start you can get a saorview aerial and plug it into the tv for the saorview channels
i have one of these and it works great
Get yourself a local channel tv antenna to watch at home. This, or any alternative device you find, will allow you to watch FOX, ABC, NBC, and a lot more free local channels if you've got even just decent reception.
EDIT: The bot is right! Always use Amazon Smile!
This one works for me.
