I've started taking chorella recently because it can help detox the body - turns out it's also been shown to reduce toxins in breastmilk that usually get passed from the mother. I also get my probiotics and magnesium glycinate from Amazon.

Generally speaking I try to buy from small businesses instead of Amazon where possible because Jeff Bezos irks me and I hate the thought of giving him even more money but damn you can't beat the convenience!

Speaking of mind / spirit - I just purchased the Emotion Code from Amazon (lol) and I'm really liking it so far. It's about releasing trapped emotions from the body and talks a lot about the power of the subconscious mind.
