Most of the sauces and spices you should be able to find in the grocery stores. Their southwestern spice blend is just taco seasoning basically. And a few companies make "tuscan seasoning" (or you could mix it up yourself). I don't remember anything else coming past that wasn't just a standard spice like you'd find in the spice aisle.
The hardest thing I've found to replace is demiglace, but our whole foods has this sort of thing which makes it reasonably simple to get something close. In general whole foods is a good place to look for those weirder ingredients like fig jam and the like.
