This is the only board I could find and it goes up to 100W.

EDIT: It seems like power delivery boards are meant to interface with a power supply to negotiate a power contract for a circuit/project. That sounds like the opposite of what I’m looking for since I’m looking to replace the power supply with an inline power board.
