I don't have any experience with the particular lighting you're considering, but I use this lighting for my 20 long (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S9LOAOO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and it works wonderfully. My tank has a glass lid, so I was concerned about the amount of UV that would pass through it, but my plants and frog have thrived under this lamp. It's only marginally cheaper than the one you're considering, but I'd recommend this lighting wholeheartedly. Good luck buddy!
