This is my son's machine that was getting a new case, so I added a LCD screen since it had a big space on the right side that needed to be filled. I bought the LCD panels from the same vendor on Amazon. It was shipped from China though and took about two weeks. My PC linked here.

Build Setup:

  • SignalRGB controls strips, motherboard, memory, fans, GPU backplate and GPU Anti Sag bar all on single channel cable (so each device is not individually controller)
    • Dark Matter profile with purple, yellow and blue colors
  • Wallpaper Engine a CyberPunk live wallpaper
  • Cyberpunk animated GIF on pump block
  • Lian Li Strimer profile with purple, yellow and blue colors

Build:

12.6" 515x1920 LCD

  • requires mini HDMI and micro USB cables
  • driver board was wrapped under the panel and mounted with 3M magnetic tape on backside of PC through the bottom
  • disconnected on off switch daughterboard after turning on

The one shown in my PC is the 8.8", I have also used a 12.6" in my son's so get the one that would fit best. The driver board that connects via ribbon cable connects to micro usb and mini hdmi. the 8.8" one came with the cables and the 12.6" did not. Furthermore, the 12.6 has a second board that controls power and other settings. I just left it powered on and then detached and it stays on and powers off with PC.
