I have this sitting in a box, I wonder if it will work?

If I plug in what drivers do I need to install to see if it pops up or is it the Fling drivers?

It is really weird, my Cat 7 Ethernet cable only seems to output up to like 55 Mbps, but wifi can go up to 132 Mbps. I tried using the TP Link USB 3.0 to Ethernet adapter and same speed. Nothing changed.

I can't seem to reach the cap of 100 Mbps of the built in ethernet connection on the t.v.. I used the same cat 7 ethernet cord on my computer and I hit between 300-900 Mbps.
