Studio Ghibli films in general can be somewhat hard to obtain legally. I also am not aware of any streaming platform that offers more than one or two Ghibli films.
Here are what I know to be your options.
Legally you can buy “The Collected Works of Hayao Miyazaki” set from Amazon or other blu-ray retailers online and this includes all his major works. Amazon appears to be currently unavailable but a listing by one of their third party retailers offers the set (there are some concerns it is a replica bootleg, but that is the first time I’ve seen a bootleg resembling an actual product, however the official set on launch cost $250).

Disney used to have the rights to distribute Studio Ghibli films, mostly Miyazaki, but has since been changed to GKids. You can buy each blu-ray from Amazon or the GKids website. Disney Movie Club used to carry Ghibli films so they might still but I have not found the films on their website. These options are generally more expensive however the official collection does not come with bonus disk features as the stand-alone films usually do.

As far as I know these are your legal options for getting your hands on the films. If you were to pirate, torrenting sites offer the best quality versions of the films and other works, but please find a way to support the studio then.
Studio Ghibli feature-length films are mostly available on blu-ray in the US but a significant amount of their other work is not. In order to watch the wonderful Miyazaki music video “On Your Mark” you will need to pirate it. Of course Hayao Miyazaki did some work before co-founding Studio Ghibli and only a portion of that is included in the official collection. The other minor works will almost be guaranteed to be out of print, if ever released.
In addition the highest quality of anything released is 1080p with some minor works still only being in DVD or television broadcast quality. I hope you enjoy watching his entire career!
