Get a good USB 3 PCIe card with a USB-C port that supports USB-C PD (Power Delivery) like the one linked below. Maybe that one or another, that's just the first one that I saw that had USB-C PD.

Alternatively you can use Air Link or Virtual Desktop to stream over wifi.
I personally use Virtual Desktop and will plug in to a good USB-C power adapter with a 10' (about 3 meters) USB-C cable when the battery gets low and after a couple hours of playing and charging it is mostly full.
