I have all kinds of light line and a Sea to Summit Clothesline carabiners, Hero Clips etc. I’ve done some very creative clothesline rigging but many rooms and bathrooms really aren’t very easy.
What I’m after is a folding hanger that can simply be hooked I’ve a shower curtain rod. They make some they are vented and fold small like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XB7ZBY9 The all look like they would break all too soon. I do like the idea that they are vented and speed the fabric on a tee shirt out for better circulation.
Ordinary plastic hangers weigh 1.4 ounces each and 2 or 3 would be plenty for a daily batch of hand washing. They fit in a backpack easily enough. Space just isn’t an issue. I use metal hooks with spring clamps for drying add items at home https://www.amazon.com/dp/B096RLN1ST. They weigh 0.6oz each so 2= one plastic hanger.
So far those IKEA clothespins with looped lines look very compact and adaptable.
There’s the Raiders of the Lost Ark approach :) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=G3IFVERSQkA
