Because it pays better than fast food and all they need is a clean driving record. Don't get me wrong, some are probably perfectly fine but I've had words with one who seemed intelligent but couldn't follow simple directions. And I mean I have this sign on a 3ft x 3ft x 3ft box on the side of my very long driveway and this guy drove right past it. In my delivery instructions on Amazon say "put in big blue box along driveway with sign on it". They only make it there 50% of the time.
