OP I read you were thinking of gaming at 1080p; that's a hard no. With the 13600K you need to use this specific version of the Peerless Assassin that is LGA1700 compatible but the PCPP link is wrong, hereis the actual link

There are a few small things I'd change though.

The cooler your picked is extremely overpriced considering you can get the best performing air-cooler currently on the market for just $38 (link)
With the money saved, I'd get a 2TB SSD instead, 6000mhz RAM (optimal for Ryzen 7000 and a better value power supply)
I'd also get 1 additional fan as the 4000D only comes with 2...
