I have been going through this and the book is nice. My only gripe is that the Simple Syrup recipe isn't meant to be a syrup. It is a Erythritol Water, which threw off the recipe the first time I made it. I overboiled it thinking it would turn into a syrup. Otherwise the drinks are interesting.

Additionally, I haven't tried it yet but this book, Better Cocktails Through Chemistry: A Guide To Sugar Free Drinks, was posted in the diabetes subreddit and it looks interesting. The nice part is that it is on Kindle Unlimited so you don't have to pay extra for it if you have Prime.
