So, I just picked up a Rockseed desktop power supply for $99. It comes very highly recommended in the car audio lithium groups. You can link it to a laptop or PC and you get almost endless options for custom charge cycles. Even the Amazon reviews are pretty good, and apparently you can do a shitload more than charge batteries with it. Idk though, mine should be here Saturday, so I guess I'm fixing to find out. I do know I just got my first 12 Shenquan LTO cells (6s2p) for 14.4v 12ah. I already have a 320a high output alternator, charging 14.6-15.0 depending on temp. I'll use resistors on my sense wire and bump my voltage up to 15.8-16.0, which still leaves room for their 16.8v max, but I don't want to fry my trucks computer or something.

The super high discharge rate is crazy, but I'm far more excited/eager/skeptical about their claim of 40,000 cycles. My wife can't even grasp the concept of never having to buy another vehicle battery again, for as long as either of us are going to live, so she's never going to understand why $720 actually isn't unreasonable for a battery. So I just ordered half last week with the balancer, next week I'll pick up the other half, along with the bussing/terminals (which are super simple for these cells. They come prewelded in 6s with threaded m8 studs on the terminal. Bussing is just a tab to connect the packs, and you can screw lugs right to the terminals, or get some fancy machined aluminum ones. I'll probably just use the studs, but my finished battery will be 14.4v, 24ah.

So yeah, these bad little bitches are rated at 40c continuous discharge, with a 70c burst rating. I'm still not sure I have all the formulas right yet, and numbers are hard. If I'm right though, to figure the batteries current output, you simply multiple the c rating by the batteries ah capacity. So for a 24ah battery, 40c would be 960a continuous, and a 70c burst would push 1680a. I'm no electrician, but that seems like a lot. Anyways, I also have a 12v 200ah LiFePo4 for my off grid solar, I plan to use the power supply to maintain it as needed, and I may use it to occasionally top off the LTO's in my truck. I ordered a cheap set with a bunch of different test leads to go with it, I'm sure I'll figure out how to burn something down...
