The only EDC attachments I have on my MOLLE are a carabiner on the outside, and a pouch for my Surefire 6P on the interior. Like the others posting, I prefer the (mostly) sleek look for day-to-day.

Beyond EDC, I have a couple of XTACER pouches for internal attachment (I use one as a dopp kit, and one for a change of clothes to go to the gym or play Wiffle) and a GORUCK water bottle mesh.
