You’ll have to do it manually with a handheld volt/amp meter, I’ve never seen a consumer-grade test rig to do this. Edit: but I would seriously like to hear about one if it exists.
Measure the voltage with a voltmeter across the panel output leads. Measure the amperage with an amp meter across the panel output leads.
I personally would buy two cheap handheld meters off amazon, one to do volts and one for amps, that way you’re not jacking the wires around and the daily procedure is simple - one meter at a time and record the reading.
