I LOVE "toys" as I like to call them, so I'm gonna list everything I've used (with WAY too much detail lol), and maybe you can pick what looks like it would be useful. Or not read this ofc lol. Btw some of these links are just to random listings, so you can see what I'm talking about:

This Reclining Chair w/ Footrest - tbh it's a little janky, but I think a good price for how many features it has. It reclines almost all the way down, so I can pretty much lie down flat with the foot rest. Great for my classes where I can't rlly stay upright the whole time (I also have POTS). It does require quite a bit of building out of the box, think IKEA.

Neck Stuff:

"Lazy" Periscope Glasses - I adore these. I have a lot of neck instability and pain, and these let me lie down and read/look at my phone/watch TV without hurting it.

Soft Neck Brace - You can buy these at pretty much any pharmacy. They're just a soft neck support. For me they just help stabilize my neck and help me hold up my head for less muscle pain. CAVEAT: There do traction one's neck a bit, so if you try this and feel worse after taking it off, definitely stop. That's called rebound and is a sign to get the neck checked out. That said, these are OTC for a reason. They're gentle and I don't think particularly dangerous in terms of traction.

Soft Neck Brace Covers - This person makes cute covers to put over soft neck braces. Since I wear them a lot, I love these to match them to my outfits. Plus I can take them off and wash them lol. There are a couple other sellers on Etsy, but this person has the biggest selection I could find.

Braces:

I usually wear compression gloves w/ a wrist support or compression gloves + a wrist brace. These Copperfit Compression Gloves are the only ones I've found that have a good wrist support built into the gloves, but they do fall apart kind of easily. Now I've switched to these IMAK Compression Gloves + ACE Wrist Brace at the same time. Those brands are pretty arbitrary - they're just what my local medical supply store had.

Back Brace - This isn't the one I have, but I use one when I feel like it's hard to keep my torso up/supported.

Body Braid - This is like a whole-body stabilizer thing that's specifically for EDS. I don't really recommend it tbh - like I don't use mine anymore, and I've heard other ppl say it hurts them after a while. Plus it's expensive. But maybe good to know about.

Massage Tools:

Jacknobber II - Caveat my physical therapist showed me how to use this and the next thing, but I still thing they are good massage tools. They also come with a booklet/guide thing. I use this one to massage my iliotibial band.

Backnobber II - I love this thing. Great for massaging my back!

Percussive Massage Gun - I have a Theragun, which is a way more expensive brand, but I couldn't find the one I have online because it's an old model. Anyway it looks like this, but idk how good the cheaper ones are. Just a really fast way to relieve soreness/strain.

Things I Haven't Used Yet, But Am Very Much Looking Forward To:

Hand/Finger Massager

Front Seat Organizer - I've been looking for a bag that holds 2 liter+ water bottles for forever (more for POTS ppl as well) and finally found this. it turns into an across-the-shoulder bag.
