Double edge safety razors are about $30 on Amazon for a midrange one. This gives me the option of using any double edge blade on the market. Competition and ease of manufacturing means I can pick my preferred blade at $15 for 100 blades. (That's $15 for 100 Lord blades, free shipping. I'm also a fan of SuperMax Super Platinums which are even cheaper.)

tl;dr Get yourself a double edge safety razor: better shave and blades are orders of magnitude cheaper.
