This is the Verus Case for the Nexus 5X.
I have it side by side with the Ringke Fusion, and have noticed some differences (other than apperance) between the two. The Verus case is a bit thicker, those who want more protection will enjoy this. It provides a lip of protection for the front, and the back by the camera, for protection in case of any drops other than direct contact. It does not pull on the tempered glass screen protector -in my opinion it is a perfect fit. The grip and feel of the case is very nice, it certainly feels ergonomic -at least more than the Ringke.
What the Ringke did better: Cover over the headphone jack is just excellent design. Easy on/off. Classic design, displays the perfection in its simplicity of the back of the phone and Nexus logo.
What the Verus did better: feels secure in the case, might take an average fall better than the Ringke. Snug but not impossible to get out -no wiggle room. Cut-outs for all peripherals in the back are independent, not one huge cut-out. Design is premium looking.
Well, there you have it. I may stick with it, I may not -time will answer that one. Those are my thoughts and the links provided. Any questions, again... please feel free to ask.
