If you're just cutting and reattaching, there's no difference or pin out to follow. Just match the colors and crimp them.

The ends are proprietary, but the cable is just normal cat 6. Can splice cat 6 cable in the middle if you are comfortable doing that. Best bet is to use female to female couplers:
