My son has pretty rowdy diaper rash a lot of the time. Desitin, Dr Browns, Butt Paste, and Monkey Butt are all garbage. Triple Paste is my go-to for treatment. Works like a charm. A+D Prevent works pretty well at keeping them away. The ones that he does get are usually if he pooped in his sleep on a night he sleeps through the night.

I haven't tried stomahesive. Might have to look into it.
