I haven't tried anything yet – I'm not moved in. But I don't want rabbit ears for esthetic reasons. Maybe I could do with an indoor flat antenna, like the Leaf or the Antennas Direct ClearStream deal, but not rabbit ears.

By the way, what do you think of this Antop model? It's got great reviews, but it's pretty new so there are like eight reviews total. Do you think that "VHF Enhancer Rod" is likely to work out? It looks relatively compact, but I don't know anything about antenna engineering so I'm not sure if it's too compact to work well.
