I use abubble cap with chinstrap for swimming and snorkelling. A triathlon cap might work.

Keeping your hair dry can be a problem and I find the normal swim caps either too tight or come off, hence preferring ones with a chinstrap, and, you can wear the bubble cap over the top so there's no possibility of things coming off.
