WLED is more useful for addressable strips, I wouldn't use it for single color strips (you can though, I believe you need to compile your own analog version though)
This one is addressable and should work with WLED, I believe though the UI will still show the red green blue color wheel, it's just that green maps to 3000k, red 4000k, etc.

You may want to consider just getting a single color LED strip too if it's primarily used for makeup and find another project for RGB. The single color strips are cheaper and brighter.
