To start, you can look on Amazon or Etsy if you want fast delivery or variety respectively. For affordability, I would start looking on AliExpress (that's where I found this seal).

As for the wax, same deal, you can search Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Etsy, etc. The red wax is from a company called Telosma. It's hands down my favorite red wax that I've encountered so far.

The purple wax is from AliExpress.

And to give it that sheen, you can use iridescent eyeshadow (doesn't have to be anything expensive) and apply it to the wax while it's still a little warm (too late it doesn't take the sheen, too soon and you'll end up with a duller look or matte finish on the wax; so apply it approximately 45 sec -1 min after creating the impression at room temperature).
