A little more costly than the ones you listed, but LG Ultra gears are great monitors and they have a 27" 27GL83A-B for $300 on Amazon. Got a solid review on rtings, ips panel with 1ms response.

Like others have said you'll want a USB-c to displayport dongle and use a displayport cable. Or just a cable like this that supports gsync from USB c to dp

hereUSB C to DisplayPort Cable (4K 60Hz, 2K 144Hz / 165Hz), WARRKY [Gold-Plated Anti-Interference] Cord Thunderbolt 3 and 4 Compatible for MacBook Pro/Air 2020, New iPad, XPS 15/13 - Active, 6ft
I ended up using this cable for the monitor I'm using as the primary display and this cable for the monitor I'm using as an extended display. Both monitors are the Dell S2719DGF. They're plugged in to the two Thunderbolt on the back next to the host port.
I'm guessing you could use either one of these cables for both displays, but I'm sharing these monitors with my PC which was already using the DP on one monitor and the HDMI 2.0 on the other monitor, and I didn't feel like switching cables around too much.
No adapters. This is the cable.
